I never imagined that practicing law would involve purchasing face masks for my office, but life is full of surprises. One of my favorite parts about practicing law is that I get to meet with so many different people and I get to learn about their lives. Everyone has a story and everyone’s story is meaningful. I am so thankful that my profession gives me the opportunity to connect with so many people.
Due to the pandemic, my practice has looked different during the last three months.
As our state continues to “turn the dials” or “reopen” or “enter into the next phase,” I will continue to be cautious about in-person meetings.
Presently I offer phone and virtual consultations. In the event that an in-person meeting is needed, we can make arrangements to meet outside (weather permitting of course). I also offer short in-person meetings in my office, but at this time I require anyone who comes into my office to wear a mask. I wear one too. I have purchased disposable face masks for clients and potential clients to wear if they do not have their own.
I am doing my best to stay safe and healthy and to practice law in a safe and healthy manner for my clients. I am so grateful for the patience and understanding of my clients during this uncertain time. Thank you for being willing to try different ways of meeting (including driveway document signings) and new ways of reviewing documents together. I am so lucky to have such great clients.
If you would like to schedule a phone, virtual, or in-person consultation with Elizabeth Rosar Chermack, Attorney at Law, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call (952) 491-0390.
